S11 type, (SBH15 type) 20kV low loss distribution transformer
Core: All high-quality grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets are made of fully inclined non-porous binding structure. The core is multi-stage ladder-shaped, with three or five joints, low air loss and low noise. The coil core is directly wound with special equipment, with no joint and no angular weight, reducing magnetic resistance and low air loss. Amorphous alloy transformer core is made of materials produced by American Lianxin Company, which reduces air loss by 72% on average compared with traditional silicon steel sheet, no-load current 50%.
In order to meet the requirements of users for voltage quality, the company can also provide on-load voltage regulating dry-type transformers. The product consists of two parts: the main body of the transformer and the on-load voltage regulating switch. The transformer and the switch are placed at a distance of 250-300mm, and the two are generally fixed separately.
