    Structural features

    5.1 unique porcelain insulation structure, using MORA insulation Jane and high-frequency ceramic pads, never deformation
    The 5.2 high and low voltage coils are made of DuPont N0MEX insulation material, and are impregnated with special formula H-class insulation paint for many times by VP1 vacuum pressure equipment. After baking and curing for many times, the coils are sealed with high-strength insulation material. And high temperature curing. The high-voltage coil adopts a continuous structure with high mechanical strength and good heat dissipation conditions.
    The 5.3 core material is made of high-quality high-permeability silicon steel sheets stacked, with a 45-degree full-tilt structure, and an elastic fixing device is used between the winding and the core, so that the transformer has lower no-load loss and noise. The surface of the core is treated by special process. The iron core is moderately clamped by the pull screw, the upper and lower clamps are connected by the pull plate and fixed with the base as a whole, the winding is fixed by the elastic pad, and the buffer structure can reduce the vibration degree of the winding and reduce the noise.
