    4. Performance characteristics

    5. Structural features:
    5.1 high-voltage winding conductor adopts oxygen-free copper foil with high conductivity, interturn insulation adopts F-class insulation material, and imported glass grid plate is used as skeleton inside and outside the winding. The copper foil together with the turn insulation is programmed on the high-voltage foil winding machine at one time, controlled by a microcomputer, positioned by laser, and the lead wire is automatically welded by argon arc welding, wound in sections, then placed in the mold, and cast and molded with resin with filler under vacuum.
    The 5.2 low-voltage winding is made of copper foil with the same height as the low-voltage winding, and is wound on a low-voltage foil winding machine together with F-level turn insulation. During winding, the winding lead wire is automatically welded with copper bar by chlorine arc welding and then led out. Brace is placed in the middle of the winding to form a cooling air channel, and then placed in the mold, and molded with resin with filler under vacuum.
    The 5.3 core adopts high-quality grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheet, 45-degree fully inclined joint and iron yoke without perforation structure to ensure low no-load loss. The iron core clamping adopts the domestic unique prestressed and breathable square steel clamping structure, the core column is bound with insulating tape, the upper and lower clamping parts are of inner pull plate structure, and the surface of the iron core is sealed with special resin, thus increasing the structural strength and clamping force, and also reducing the noise.
