The product consists of two parts: the main body of the transformer and the on-load voltage regulating switch. The transformer and the switch are placed at a distance of 250-300mm, and the two are generally fixed separately. The appearance of the switch is cabinet type, and its size does not change with the capacity of the transformer. The switching part is a vacuum switch tube. This product can adjust the output voltage to a high and low level under the condition of load, and the voltage adjustment is separated and automatic. Manual voltage regulation means artificially adjusting the voltage to a certain value within the tap range of the product, automatic voltage regulation means that the automatic voltage regulator is adjusted to a certain small range within the product tap range in advance (generally referring to a certain value required by electrical equipment). When the output voltage of the product exceeds this range (for example, when the secondary voltage changes due to power supply voltage changes or load changes), the automatic voltage regulator will automatically send a signal to make the on-load voltage regulating switch automatically adjust the secondary voltage to the original specified voltage range.

Temperature control

SCB series dry-type transformers generally adopt natural air cooling mode, and cooling fans can also be installed according to user requirements. The temperature control system consists of cooling fans and temperature controllers. The system realizes temperature detection and control through measuring elements embedded in the product. When the transformer is running, the temperature measuring system of the temperature controller performs patrol detection and display on the temperature of each part, and can also fixedly display the maximum temperature of a certain part. Add fan cooling products, fan input and when input is achieved by setting a specific temperature point. If the transformer temperature exceeds the set value due to fault or overload operation, the temperature controller will automatically send out a fan start signal to force the transformer to cool. If the temperature further rises to another set value, the temperature controller will send out corresponding alarm and trip signals. In addition, the temperature control function can be added according to the user's needs to connect it with the microcomputer to realize microcomputer management. The temperature controller is generally installed on the host or on the shell (with shell products), and can also be installed in the duty room separated from the host by a certain distance (within 100 meters).

Cooling

This series of products can be equipped with fans according to user requirements for forced air cooling. The fan is of cross-flow type and curtain type. The fan can be manually turned on or automatically turned on. Manually, regardless of the temperature of the transformer, the fan is started: automatically, when the temperature of the transformer reaches 100 ℃ (or other set value), the fan starts to cool the transformer to reduce the temperature. When the temperature drops to 80 ℃ (or other set value), the fan is turned off and the cooling is stopped.

SCB series dry-type transformers are indoor use products, according to user needs, can be configured shell, namely IP20 and IP23 and other protection levels. IP20 shell can prevent solid objects with a diameter greater than 12mm from entering and provide a safety barrier for charged parts: 1P23 shell can not only have the function of IP20, but also prevent water droplets within an angle of 60 degrees with the vertical line from entering.
